Terms & Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions below carefully to familiarise yourself with our rules and requirements in relation to certain breeds.

IMPORTANT! WE ARE NOT AN ONSITE TRAINING FACILITY.

 

Puppies are accepted (from 2nd Vac cleared).

​

Extra small, small, medium and large breeds are accepted (max of 30kgs).

​

XL breeds (over 30kgs not accepted).


We are unfortunately unable to accommodate the following breeds over the age of 6 months (unless they have boarded with us as a younger puppy):

 

  • ​american staffordshire terriers

  • english staffordshire terriers

  • bull terriers

  • american bulldogs

  • english bulldogs

  • great danes

  • rottweillers

  • cane corsos

  • any XL breeds (over 30kgs)

We are unable to accommodate UNDESEXED MALES (over 8 months old), or UNDESEXED FEMALES (over 10 months old).

Males that constantly MARK THEIR TERRITORY or HUMP other dogs are NOT accepted.

​

Dogs that a HYPER ENERGY and no guidance or leadership from their home environment are also NOT accepted.

​

Dogs MUST be comfortable around other dogs, with no aggression, dominant or territorial issues allowed.

 

Dogs MUST not be over-stimulated by being around other dogs.

​

Dogs MUST be completely comfortable around other dogs, off lead.

​

Dogs that BARK EXCESSIVELY are NOT permitted.

​

Dogs that have major SEPARATION ANXIETY (howling, barking, scratching at doors, screens, fence jumpers, etc) will not be permitted.

​

Dogs that NIP at heels of other dogs when playing, will not be accepted.

​

Dogs that have a High Prey Drive will not be accepted within our retreat.

​

If you have a RESCUE dog, they can come for an Assessment with us, after they've been with you for over 6-12 months, and only after you have taken all steps to test their temperament in different social situations prior to us bringing them into our yards.

​

Socialisation is the most important step in helping your dog to become a calm, confident and balanced companion. We can help with socialising your puppy (being under 6 months of age) with a mixture of balanced dogs (big and small), so as to build up their social skills gradually and safely.
