WE ARE THE ORIGINAL HOME BASED DOGGY DAYCARE ON THE GOLD COAST, AND WE ARE PROUD OF THAT FACT.
In operation since 2010. Fully licensed and insured and run by Qualified and Established Dog Minding Professionals.
Give Your Dog an Adventure at Ridgeview Retreat with the knowledge that your dog will be kept safe and occupied throughout their day.
We offer Doggy Daycare Monday to Fridays with limited spaces available. Supervised Socialisation and a Structured Walk. We are Dog Minding Professionals, and have been able to mix the small, medium and big dogs all together within the same environment. No separation required, so all the dogs gain the necessary Social Skills to accept how to play with other dogs, regardless of breed or size. Supervised under our professional care at all times, and after a period of gaining the necessary social skills to do so too.

We absolutely are very blessed to be able to do what we do with our own dogs, as well as our furry guests. We truly love Dogs, but also Respect Dogs and give them what they actually Need .. beyond love, cuddles and affection. We give them that PLUS ....... we actually allow the Dog to actually just be a Dog! We give the dogs STRUCTURED Supervised Socialisation to allow this to occur.

As we live in a Security Gated Acreage Private Estate your pooch will be safe and secure throughout the day.
Ridgeview Retreat PCA are fully qualified and have a degree in Behavioural Animal Science, Level 4 Accredited Diploma for Canine Behaviours, RSPCA Member, Professional Dog Behaviourists and Specialist Pack Walkers. So we know about dogs!
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT AN ONSITE TRAINING FACILITY.
WE UNFORTUNATELY ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THE FOLLOWING BREEDS
over the age of 6 months (unless they have boarded with us as a puppy):
* american staffordshire terriers
* english staffordshire terriers
* bull terriers
* american bulldogs
* english bulldogs
* great danes
* rottweillers
* cane corsos
* any XL breeds (over 35kgs)
We are unable to accommodate UNDESEXED MALES (over 8 months old), or UNDESEXED FEMALES (over 1yo)
Males that constantly MARK THEIR TERRITORY or HUMP other Dogs are NOT accepted.
Dogs that a HYPER ENERGY and no guidance or leadership from their Home Environment are also NOT accepted.
Dogs MUST be comfortable around other dogs, with no Aggressive Behavioural issues allowed.
Dogs MUST not be Over-Stimulated by being around other dogs.
Dogs MUST be completely comfortable around other dogs, off lead.
Dogs that BARK EXCESSIVELY are NOT permitted.
Dogs that have major SEPARATION ANXIETY (howling, barking, scratching at doors, screens, etc) will not be permitted.
Dogs that Nip at heels of other dogs when playing, will not be accepted.
Socialisation is the Most Important Step in helping your dog to become a calm, confident and balanced companion.
We can help with Socialising your puppy (being under 6 months of age) with a mixture of balanced dogs (big and small), so as to build up their Social Skills.
Puppies Accepted (from 2nd Vac cleared)
Extra Small, Small, Medium and Large Breeds Accepted (up to 35kgs)
XL Breeds (over 35kgs not accepted)
